I literally almost threw my camera bag in the sea... This was one of those shoots that did not go my way. I really struggled to find compositions with my crop frame camera and lenses that weren't wide enough, got frustrated, then almost dropped my camera twice, kicked over my tripod accidentally, basically missed the good light. I was not in a good place. I basically gave up on photography and tried to just enjoy being there. I got home and was seriously considering just wiping my memory card and forgetting I ever went out. I looked at this shot and thought I'd share it, along with my story, as it truly reflects my mood about the shoot. I took this holding my camera about an inch above the water of one of the tide pools, the only way to capture the reflection of last glow of sunset low on the horizon.
