Shades of Grey
The lake level at Lake Tahoe in the fall of 2017 was the highest I've seen it in a long time. Lots of shoreline vegetation was partly or even fully submerged. The shape and form of these twigs really stood out to me, and I decided to get in tight to simplify the frame. The 4 second exposure gave me just enough time to smooth the water, but not so much that motion blur began to show up on the twigs.
