Pebble Beach

It's hard to beat a day exploring the California coast in a light aircraft. When I had such an opportunity, I was totally in my element. I have always loved flying, I even started my journey to becoming a pilot when I was younger. Combine a day in the skies with learning aerial photography on the fly (pun intended) and you have an unforgettable experience. And with over 1,700 images still to sort through I won't have to worry about forgetting this day any time soon! This image shows Cypress Point, just north of Pebble Beach, on the Monterey Peninsula. It'a accessible only via 17 mile drive, a stunning road which weaves through hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate and some of the most iconic golf courses on earth.
